Crude Oil, Natural Gas and Water are they be treated as single or multiphase in fluent?

Depends on what you want to simulate. All of them cannot be modeled as single phase flow.

I want to simulate crude (which mixed with water) moving in elbow where gas is injected just at the exit of elbow.
