Split an edge of a body imported from Catia

Hi everybody,

Please I have a question that has bothered me for a long time

I have to split an edge of a calculation domain imported from catia, when I try to do it with the split icon in design modeler of ansys, the edge can't be selected

The first picture shows what I'm trying to do..

PS: I drew the edge splited in Catia, but when I importe the domain to Fluent the edge is not splited.

Who can help me please to split the edge in design modeler or either some where in Catia ??
