the OPERATING TEMPERATURE ? IS THE TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE ROOM???????????? and please, cp.... in panel of materiels correspond for this temperature???????????

The operating temperature is the temperature of the athmosphere you're working in.

It can be associated to the static temperature (i.e. the temperature of the room).
