You have to create surfaces to have the plots occur on firts (there's different options for creating surfaces available under Surface). To plot different types of data you have to go to View->Scene and turn on the overlay option (you MUST click OK or this will not be accepted). Now you can plot your two different data types (or how every many you want) and they will continue plotting on the same plot. Be careful though, because only the colorbar for the last plotted data will show up. I don't know of any way to get multiple colorbars to show up within Fluent.
Hope this helps, and good luck, Jason |

hi thanks for ur reply. what do you mean by craeting surface. do you mean creating surface when i made my geometry for cyclone. but at the moment i have created my geometry and have run simulation so is it possible to have velocities plot at different length now or i have to go back and creat surfaces at different length and solve it again. thanks Anjum

You can make surfaces at any piont... they're all under the surfaces menu in Fluent. Look up post-processing in the fluent manual and surface creation.
Good luck, Jason |
