Default why Cl change so steeply?!

hi there, i'm simulating a vortex induced vibration(the vibration due to cl in UDF) by using silding mesh, i found cl change so steeply that the case can only run 30 steps about even delta_time equals to 5e-5s. at last i set Re = 200, cl should have been small, but rapidly it increased to 4.9861e+05,Negative cell volume detected. the trouble again make me shocked.

has anybody dealed with dynamic mesh ever? please do me a favor.

thanx in advance.
