Cp settings - help !

Default Cp settings - help !

I'm studing a bullet shock wave (Mach=2.4) in ideal-gas.

Is it necessary to set the Cp (polynomial, ...) or is it not worth do do it (Cp=constant) ?

If yes, how can I find the appropriate parameters ?
