3D parabolic velocity profile for channel flow

hi, i have a problem with writing the UDF for 3d parabolic velocity inlet profile for channel flow. could u pls help me since i am pretty new to Fluent. channel configurations are stream wise 14.5 span wise(Z)-9 laterral (Y)-2.
