Default How to set the water cut

Hi Fluent users:‎ I have two phase (oil-water) flow into a pipe , water flow in the button of the pipe ‎and oil in the top. I have a problem to enter the amount of water cut in the pipe ‎which it (25%) , anyone kindly tell me how can I did that?‎ Thanks Khalid ‎
