solution of enthalpy equation in different zones??

Default solution of enthalpy equation in different zones??

Hi all,

Can everybody help me that how to solve enthalpy equation in different internal domain including of either hard solid or liquid materials ,specially in the interface node of two material that properties and the equation type to chage?
