how to mesh my geometry with two parts of volumes
 
i have this geometry : small pipe connected with big rectangle volume i can't mesh my geometry with the same interval size

please give me the procedure step by step and i don't understand tgrid procedure chankhar

just split your volume into two: small pipe and big rectangle. then, you can mesh them respectively. good luck! using face to split volume is okay.
