query on dynamic mesh
 

i am doing project on ic engines using dynamic mesh.my project deals with duel fuel ci engine.my focus is on compression stroke only and to suggest optimium compression ratio.i simulated only 2d model taking a rectangle.bottom wall is taken as rigid body and all other sides of rectangular taken as stationary body,conditions in dynamic mesh options.only the problem is in specifing fluid as deforming body.so can any body help me in this regard.

hi

i havent dealt the 2d case, but in 3d case we'll not touch that fluid in dynamic panel (no need to mention anything for fluid). we will give boundary conditions for bottom wall and side walls. one more thing u didnt mention regd the valves. w abt those? whether ur problem includes valves also?
