Floating point error - invalid number

Hello,

after about 250 iteration steps there appears a floating point error, what could be the reason for that? I use segregated solver, steadystate, mixture eulerian model with 3 phases. I try to get a solution with granular flow in a reactor. I read about this error in this forum but I can't find useful information in connection with my problem.
