Problem with Y+_Adaption

I have problem with Y+ adaption, hope someone here can help me to solve it.

After the Y+_Adaption, i.e. set the maximum < 3, there is always the following Error report:" Error: Fluent received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION)"
