Divergencr in AMG solver: temperature

hi, I am solveing a 3D problem of a rod bundle setup. since I need to obtain a rough estimate and also to save time, I have kept coarse mesh. as fluent solves the proble after 380 iteration it gives an error

divergence in AMG solver :temeperature

what is this error and how do i solve it...

I encountered a similar error when running an unsteady case...... it was in the y- momentum instead of temperature.
