Default "Oil flow" pathlines

hi all !

I'd like to display pathlines on a specific surface, so I've figured out it is what the "oil flow" option is made for... yet, I don't succeed.

here is what I've done already: I created a surface (quite normal to the flow) to release the pathlines from. This surface is close to the "wetted" one I want to observe the "oil flow" lines on, and the direction is OK.

still, nothing is displayed and the UG doesn't describe more precisely the process.

any idea? or more info needed? please let me know.

thanks

Try releasing the oil flow on the surface in question instead.
