Default CFD of flapping wings

hi there. I am a researcher interested in carring out CFD calculations for flapping wings in 2D as well a in 3D. I want to use Fluent since I cannot code the whole NS solver for this unsteady problem. I am not familiar to Fluent but have a pretty good idea of CFD philosophy. Can u describe the possible process for doing it. I have Fluent 6.0. I shall be thankful for any suggestion.
