Default how to trace the interface information ?

Hi,I have a problem when using eulerian model to simulate the frost growth process.I take the ambient air as a phase and frost layer is another phase. Now I need to know the height "h" and the suface temperature "ts" of the frost layer which is just on the interface.how to get them in UDF? thanks for ur help in advance!
