Student in search of a Fluent consultant
Hi, I am a student at UCD (Davis University in California) and was hoping to get the help from someone who is experienced in Fluent. The project I need help with is really interesting. Basically, I have an aircraft model that is 1/12 in size and I have been testing it in a wind tunnel. I now need to get the actual wind tunnel results to match the results I simulate in Fluent. I would most likely want to be in touch with you via telephone and would have a few basic Fluent setup questions for you over the next few weeks. Please let me know if you are interested. I am sure we can work something out so you are benefiting from your time.

My email address is:

Thanks, Justin

Re: Student in search of a Fluent consultant

Just a few questions:

1) How much experience would this consultant have to have?

1) How much time would the consultant have to dedicate?

2) Are you willing to give monetary compensation for the consultant's time?

Thanks, James

Re: Student in search of a Fluent consultant
Hi James,

1) I am looking for someone who has about 2 or more years of experience with Fluent. Someone that has achieved accurate results before with Fluent and is confident about how to set everything up. 2) I would need about 4 hours per week of the consultant't time for about 1 month. 3) Yes, I am willing to pay top dollar for the consultant's help. I have worked this project out so it is funded by the university. Therefore, we can negotiate a very fair compensation.

Once again, if anyone is interested, please email me at:

If you're a student, and you're getting your degree from this work, isn't it unethical to be contracting work out to others?
