Default Blowdown

I'm trying to model a transient blowdown where I have two vessels connected by a nozzle. One is at a high T,P and the other at ambient conditions, and I believe it is choked in the nozzle. It seems depending on my solver setup, either the temperature seems to act physical or the pressure, but not both with the same solver setup. Right now I'm using coupled solver, explicit formulation, with the "unsteady formulation" as 1st order implicit. It seems to be working somewhat well. Also any recommendations on which material density spec if good for this application. Thanks in advance
