Medium business in US manufacturing industry, interested in the following: GAMBIT; FLUENT SOLVER,POST; MULTIFRAME REFERENCE; PARALLEL COMPUTING (2-8 PROCESSORS)

How much would the annual license cost for each feature? Could anybody give a reference price based on your purchase? Thanks.

I'm not positive, but I think a full seat (GAMBIT + FLUENT) is something like $75K + 15% per year. Each additional solve-only seat is approximately $2500 per year. Obviously, you could just call FLUENT and ask for a quote.

This is a big chunk of money. $75k to buy and $75k*0.15+4*2500=$21250 annually if four additional solver purchased. I assumed additional seats you mentioned is not for parallel processing but separate solvers. Anybody knows the parallel processing license fee?

It seems not true. To get even, it means you have to make simulations per day that are more valuable than 58$ (or 408$ a week).

I think if you use the on-line facility from fluent it is 2$ for a CPUhour. It is better to use this facility then.

The number seems a bit mismatch because the online facility should be more expensive.
