Hello to every one. If exist somebody to help me on how to set a moving wall?

more specific, I have to simulate a box (with dimensions 0,4x0,1) where in the bottom and in the top it boundaring with two moving walls. between the box and the moving walls passes air.

Please if anyone knows how to simulate and give the boundary conditions on the moving walls please send me message or an email.
