Sir I want to persue higher education in Aerospace(MS) but universities are refusing me for getting admission. And argument they give is that i am chemical engineer. Is it fair ?

yaar, gali likhne se kuchh nahi hota hai, I can understand ur frustation, but you can not change the situation. just hope for best.

I agree with you on the point that a chem engineer could be allowed to study aerodynamics. BUT univs must have some logic behind why they do what they do. you should understand that.

Then pursue a bachelors in aero first. You have to understand that universities aren't lacking in applicants. They're going to favor applicants with an aero degree first. If they still have spots to fill, then they'll probably lean towards Mechanical with a Fluids focus... if there's still spots, then they'll probably start looking at other degrees.

I love working on cars, but applying to Porsche probably isn't going to get me the job because my experience doesn't match what they're looking for.

It has nothing to do with your abilities (of which I know nothing) but it's based on their experiences (I'm sure they've been burnt by taking in people without the necessary background before). It's rare to let someone of a different degree/training into an advanced program, and those people usually have to show a lot of training and/or experience in the field. If that's what you want, you're going to have to put the effort in and get the background. A bachelors in Aero is probably your best bet.
