hi, i am modeling combustion in two stroke engine in fluent. My problem is how to create the mesh in gambit.i had the cad models of the engine. in case of four stroke engine you can use dynamic mesh with layering, but in two stroke engine there will be ports on the cylinder surface. how to deal with these ports?because the cylinder surface is formed only when the layering is complete.and on this surface the ports are located. can fluent handle sliding mesh in combination with dynamic mesh. any help or even any information in this problem is highly appreciated.
thank you. |
