Default how to add a source term in a 3D channel??

Dear all,

I need help~

I would like to add a potential source term (rho*(gradient of phi)) to the moment equation.(phi is a potential). I am just a new fluent user. What i know at this point is that i need to write a UDF. But i am not familiar with this. can anyone provide me some reference??
