I am trying to model a vertical flow problem. Water enters a vertical perforated pipe from the base of pipe. There are equally spaced holes on the wall of the pipe. Water pours out of each hole and the objective of the problem is to find the mass flow rate of water through each hole. Holes are exposed to atmosphere. I think such flow problem can be solved using VOF model. I am novice for multiphase flows. Can anybody guide?

Hi

I think VOF model is suitable to your model. Try checking the tutorial of VOF on how to use it.

Thanks, Shanti
