I would like to know why segregated solver is taken for incompressible flow instead of coupled solver

hi i would like to know, which solver is suitable for compressible fluid flow through a nozzle? if i wan to go for turbulence, then which model i should select. my inlet pressures are at 125 atm and temperature is at 3500 k, i want to calculate the machnumber and temperrature of exhaudt gases at outlet of the nozzle.
