Default 3d axial turbine modeling

I am a biginer fluent user. I practiced the gambit tutorial file, basic turbo modeling with unstructured mesh. After I modeled this turbine, I tried to simulate flow by using Fluent.It did not converge. Have anyone try to simulate this model? Please tell me how? thank you

please use the G turbo for meshing and proper boundary conditions. write in detail.
