Default Post-processing of a curved surface

Hey, I have a semi circular pipe with flow going through. The curved surface is set up as a separate wall to the remainder of the pipe. When I display contours and view the pipe from above (i.e. plan view) the sides of the pipe are, of course, not visible. Is there any of displaying all the information including the sides of the pipe in one image i.e. to unwrap the curved surface?

By the way, I'm using Fluent ver. 6.2.16

Thanks in advance,

Hi!

you may use xy plot, with an edge as x-axis, that is surrounding your geometry.

Hope, it helps a little

Ralf
