Default Heat unbalance, tutorial 13

Dear All,

I have found in tutorial of FLUENT 6.1 (tutorial 13, Modelling Surface Chemistry), that total heat unbalance is 68 W, where heat balance between "velocity-inlet-3" and "outflow" is 256 w. It is 25%. Is it OK? I have also problems with my 3d combustors. I obtain absurd unbalance; several times bigger unbalance than expected total heat exchange. Can anybody enlighten me?
