Single reference frame model

somebody can help me how to use single reference model. my system contains two cylinders first one is rotating inner cylinder other one is stationary outer cylinder. the annular region between two cylinders is filled with the water.when i was used single reference frame model in my system.but the outer cylinder rorates instead of inner cylinder rotation, the flow profiles obtained in the oppsite direction. i applied these bounday conditions: 1) For fluid region:

Rotation speed : 100 rpm

Rotation of origin: (0, 0, 0)

Rotation of direction : (0, 0, 1) 2) For rotating inner cylinder:

Rotation speed : 0 rpm

Rotation of origin: (0, 0, 0.005)

Rotation of direction : (0, 0, 1) 3) For stationary outer cylinder:

Stationary wall

no slip condtion Please give information abt this problem
