turbulence

Hi,

I am simulationg a turbulent flow over a flat plate. I want to plot turbulent layer thickness v/s plate length.

Can any one help me

Hi!

to determine the thickness of the BL, look at

Re: turbulence

hi,

I have another question about displaying the boundary layer thickness.

How to get the exact value of a point, i.e. x=0

hi!

create that point (with surface - point) and than let fluent report the value at that point!

the exact value is difficult to get, as long as is not on a grid point. Between two grid points, fluent has to interpolate.

Hope, it helps! Ralf
