Default Errors in parallel computation

I'm trying to set a parallel computation using Fluent 6.3. I use 2 cpu system running under Win 2003. smpi and net connection used. During mesh distribution process the following error always happening:

Updating mesh at time level N... 999999 (..\..\src\mpsystem.c@1123): mpt_read: failed: errno = 10054 The Parallel FLUENT process could not be started.

999999: mpt_read: error: read failed trying to read 4 bytes: Invalid argument

what can be the reason for this error? How it could be solved? Thank you
