The .fluent file
 
Hi,

I would like to know where is the .fluent file or which is the right way to create it.(the UG is not very clear on this argument...) Thank you for any suggestions!!!

P.S: I'm working on a Windows System.

There is no such file by name .fluent.? Can you please what exactly are you looking at or what you want to do?

If you read the UG you will find the same informations which I have at the moment. Is there anybody else who could give me some additional(useful) informations??? Thank you!!!

There is a short explanation in the UG 4.16 "The .fluent file"(FLUENT 6.2).

In any case you can't find this file because you have to create it;-)!!!

At one time, working with my Fluent support engineer, they had supplied a bit of code written in Scheme language for a specific application. They said to put the Scheme file in the file ".fluent" in a folder like "My Documents" using a text editor.

For what ever reason (this was few years ago) I just put the Scheme file in my root directory and then load in the file whenever I want to run that bit of code - works good in V6.2. Not exactly the answer to your question.
