What does mesh geometry mean?

Hi, i am a new user of fluent/gambit. I am not familiar with the terminologies used. What does 'mesh geometry' mean? I come across this term quite often.

Thanks in advance for your help

Re: What does mesh geometry mean?

To solve using CFD, you need to discretize the geometry to number of small control volumes. This is gone by meshing the geometry. You will get more information here.
