i do elctrical ,thermal,flow simulation of 3D heating cell of 0.06m in diameter, and 0.28m in length how much and what type of mesh that i can use to achieve good results thanks in advance sihat

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "good results". But as far as meshing scheme is concerned, I think you could use "Cooper" (in Mesh->Volume) to mesh your geometry. To determine if your result is mesh dependent, you could compare results of different number of grids and see if there is any difference. Hope this helps.
