hi im simulating compressible free-jet turbulent flow using standard k-e method.my case is axi-symmetric steady state. i have used second order discretization for all i,e density, turbulent kinetic energy.... the under relaxation factors i have set very low and running the problem, after eighty thousand iterations i tried to increase the residuals since the convergence rate is very low.then after some iterations divergence occured amg solver pressure correction but if the under relaxation factors are not changed it is running but convergence is very low, the residuals are like straight line only. i have a question that whether that for solution to be converged the under-relaxation factors are to be brought to the default values, or with very less URF also it will converge? thankks already for reply.
