unmatched boundary
 

hi, iam having problem with my model of a fan test facility, so i was told it might be unmatched boundary condition, i want to understand the concept what is unmatched boundary condition, because the bellmouth was drawn using a vertex and revolving it to form a face and stitching the face to form a volume, but, the bellmouth is like a block, can u help please
