Default What does it mean if y+ is less than 30 for SWF

If the Y+ value is less than 30 lets say 10 for standard wall function and standard k-epsilon turbulence model, how does it influence the result? For example, will the result vary by how much percentage any idea? Please make your comments so that we can learn more about it. Thanks guys.
