Default Scaling and sliding mesh

Hi everybody, I'm trying to simulate the rotor-stator iteration in a centrifugal compressor using sliding mesh. I'm just taking a single channel for rotor and stator. When I try the Mesh motion on the unscaled model there are no problems, but when I scale the model by Fluent and try again the Mesh motion, after a single blade passage the rotor channel doesn't turn back to the original position. I tried to scale the model by TGrid, but I got the same problem. Could it be a problem of tolerances in the scaling by Fluent? I tried to improve the tolerances in the original geometry (I'm using Rhinoceros 3D) but I didn't get a solution. Could someone help me? Thanks a lot
