Is it possible to adapt the volume in the initial case/data file. Can I refine the grid initially?

Or, do i have to have a converged solution in order to adapt the volume? If this is the case..then how much time I should run the case before its ready for adaption? I am running a transient case.

hi Sonia , could you explain whats the simulation all about, and why do u think of adaption even before looking at the results , i mean do u mean refinement of volume or adaption ?

Regards Pratik
