How to simulate chemical reaction include electron
 
I want to simulate chemical reaction witch include electron like: SiH4 -> SiH3 + H + e (this is only an example) I should define electron in material panel??? Please help me Thanks

I will set the reactants as UDS. For example, SiH4 as UDS0, SiH3 as UDS1, and PH as UDS2. And define the source/sink terms to account for the relationship between the reactants.

Thanks kk, but my problem is about electron in the reaction and how to consider it? I want use these electrons in poisson equation then.

pls u copy an electron from the fluent database keeping fluid as an material type. If u have further problem pls write.
