Is there anybody can assist me to draw the mesh for a pipe in 3 dimensional geometry??

what's your geometry, easy to mesh simple pipe I suggest you use the Hypermesh or Gambit.

What software are you using? It will be simple if you make a domain of cirle in 2D, and then extrude it by giving it a path to get the pipe.
