Default planetary hollow cylinder rotating system

I would like to use fluent to calculate shear stress and rate in a planetary centrifugal mixing device, with two movements, one rotational, and another one as a revolution movement.

Someone can help about how face to this problem?

Refer to dynamics mesh and sliding mesh tutorial in FLUENT.
