optimization of heat exchanger
 

Can someone help me with the software that can be used to optimize a heat exchanger, I have Fluent and Icepak softwares.

Have you already check from FLUENT heat exchanger model?

Define->User Define->Heat Exchanger Model

I hoped it will give you some idea.

yeah but does it help in optimization?,

its more like solving for a given set of values given as input.

I dont think it helps in optimizing it. Do you have any idea about it?
