subgrid turbulent viscosity for UDF in LES

Hi,

I try to compute a flamme in LES with a PCM method. So I have made a UDF. And for the source terms of Z_var, Yc and Yc_var, I have to use the subgrid turbulent viscosity. I lookes in the UDF Manual of Fluent which said that C_MU_T(c,t) will be good. But I have some problems, and I think that C_MU_T was good for RANS computations but not for LES. So is someone knows how to get the subgrid turbulent viscosity for LES computations in Fluent?

Thanks

Regards

David
