Re: Error, Pls help me

are you using a UDF? If so it's a problem with the UDF, although it is good enough to compile.

Thanks for ur reply. I am not using UDF but i am importing the CHEMKIN FILES to the fluent for the species.

it sounds to me like there is a problem with the Chemkin files. Try using them on another model that you know works. It's really the only thing that I can think of. All the normal fluent options are on drop down menus and shouldn't cause these errors.

Thanks for your suggestion. I will try the same. I have one doubt i.e., "pressure far field" condition will work for mixture or not !

wish i could help you further - all I know is that when you start reading UDF's into fluent you get a similar error if the UDF is shit. I expect the Chemkin files do the same but you should ask someone with experience of Chemkin. Perhaps post a nother message.

Thanks a lot for your usefull suggestion. I imported the few species from the FLUENT DATA BASE. Now it is running. But FLUENT DATA BASE doesn't have all the species what I require. Than how shall I define all the species!

If i will use the UDF file for the species then how shall i elliminate the above error?

Re: Error, Pls help me

You can list all the available species on the main fluent window. There are at least hundreds!

Everything you need should be in the fluent documentation. Without seeing the model it's very hard to diagnose.
