post processing is a method to check/visualize the results.

In dpm, you can post process by viewing the particle tracks..through display-particle tracks, this will show the path traversed by the injected particles...

There are other post processing methods also such as getting the data of particles hitting on a plane, through report-discrete phase-sample...
