Hello! I have following problem regarding Fluent on a cluster. The calculations run fine but when I want to save with the autosave command it takes up to 1 hour to save a 70MB large data file. I also get following message in the command window which I never had before:
"Host receiving summary from compute node zero. Writing "/array/clemens/estonia/empty/deck4_vinlet_poutlet-0001.dat"... Host receiving injections from compute nodes. freeing host particles. Done." Does anybody know what could cause this slow down? Thanks for any help! C. |

The messages you get on the console are normal, don't be worry about them. Which communicator do you use? try the -pnet option, is not the fastest one in communication, but for writing files in parallel is the best.
