I am trying to resolve my model with a computer with processors in parallel. My geometry is a boiler so that is not an easy geometry but not totally tricky as well. I am trying first to use only 2 processors in parallel and i got this error message: ////////////////////////// iter continuity x-velocity y-velocity z-velocity energy k epsilon do-intensi time/iter unable to read the cmd header on the pmi context, generic socket failure, error stack: MPIDU_Sock_wait(2533): The specified network name is no longer available. (errno 64).

(errno 64). job aborted: rank: node: exit code[: error message] 0: fluent.int-aet.dk: 123 1: fluent.int-aet.dk: -1073741819: process 1 exited without calling finalize The Parallel FLUENT process could not be started. /////////////////////////// I was thinking first that i could not have a partition trough the porous zone of my heat exchanger but even without crossing the heat exchanger zone it doesnt work. I am using a metis partition ( i tried as well with others ) which seems the best in my case but without positive results. I would be pleased if you can help me Thank you |

Try to read the msh with the 1core version. Set the case. Then read it in parallel. Let us know.

it is actually working with autopartition. I dont really know why cos the metis partition looks better. If anyone has an idea , thank you
