Fluent Help: to whom can I ask?

I am working at uni with the new fluent. I wanted to try one extreme thing, a multiphase eulerian simulation, with a compressible phase (air). The simulation is unsteady, and at start is SUPER, I have what i wished for velocity, pressure, phase and turbulence. But then, in one place where the mesh is really simple and noting should happen, happens the tragedy, and the simulation diverged. I donīt know why, can be that the euler is stil not adapted for a compressible flow. Still, i think that that is the only solution, und that the simulation at the start is marvellous. Does anyone knows if is it possible to contact some people from Ansys? ANd, has anyone an idea for this strange behaviour? Every help would be appreciated. I can also explain why i think that the euler + compressible is the only solution for me.
